She founded EZEV to address the lack of clean, reliable hauling and demolition solutions, proving that electric vehicles can deliver high-performance results without compromising on environmental responsibility. A graduate of Illinois Institute of Technology, Joanna leads EZEV’s mission to serve communities and businesses with dependable, forward-thinking commercial services—pioneering a future where clean operations and industry-leading performance go hand in hand.

Allison oversees the financial strategy and fiscal integrity of the company, ensuring sustainable growth and operational resilience. With a strong background in accounting and finance—including roles at Mizkan America and Barton Management—and a degree from Roosevelt University, Allison applies rigorous financial controls, budgeting expertise, and detailed analytics to support EZEV's expansion. Her stewardship enables smart investment in zero-emission assets, fosters long-term business partnerships, and maintains transparency and efficiency in all financial operations. As a co‑founder, she champions EZEV’s mission of environmental stewardship, diversity, and community impact through disciplined fiscal leadership.
